BREAKING: Ex Gombe Governor’s Political Adviser Resigns From APC

Former Special Adviser on Political Matters to Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, Hon. Muhammad Bello, has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to a letter obtained by DAYLIGHT REPORTERS, Bello who is a former deputy minority leader of the Gombe State House of Assembly tendered his resignation citing personal reasons.
The letter dated 4th August, 2025 and addressed to the Bolari East ward chairman, read: “This is to officially tender my resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC) with immediate effect due to personal reasons”.
He claimed to be one of the founding members of the party in the state and the first party member to represent Gombe South constituency in the House under the APC.
He expressed gratitude to the party leadership and members for the opportunities afforded to him during his tenure.
However, he did not mention his next party at the moment.
