Jamil Isyaku Gwamna Foundation has donated a brand new medical scanning machine and power generator to Maternal and Child Health Clinic in Tabra community of Akko Local Government Area in Gombe state.
The hospital is owned by Federation of Muslim Women Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN) Gombe state branch.
Presenting the donations on behalf of the foundation, Hajiya Zainab said that women and children’s health is very crucial, hence the decision to make the donations.
She commended the federation as well as the management and staff of the hospital for the sacrifice they have been making in improving the lives of women and children in the society.
Ameerah of FOMWAN Gombe state Chapter who recieved the donations on behalf of the hospital, said the items would add value to examination and treatment of patients in the facility.
While thanking the foundation for the support, she assured that the machines will be used appropriately to ensure effective service delivery in the hospital.
