Yobe Governor Buni Condoles Government, Katsina Counterpart Over Mother’s Passing

Yobe State Governor, Hon. Mai Mala Buni has condoled with his Katsina state counterpart, Malam Dikko Radda, the government and people of the state over the loss of the Governor’s mother Hajiya Safara’au Umaru.
Governor Buni was in company of Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu and the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political Affairs and Other Matters Alhaji Kabiru Masari.
He prayed to Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatu Firdaus.
This was contained in a statement by Director General, Press and Media Affairs to the Yobe State Governor, Mamman Mohammed.
The Governor described the death of Hajiya Safara’u as a huge loss to the family, her community and Katsina state in general.
“She died at a time when her wise and seasoned counselling is much needed, and would be remembered for her support, guidance and generosity,” Gov. Buni said.
He also prayed to Allah to grant the immediate family and the people of Katsina state the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
