Ten Students Sponsored By Bauchi First Lady Graduates From Oil, Gas Academy, Given Startup Capital

The wife of the Governor of the Governor of Bauchi State, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed has announced the graduation of 10 young individuals who were sponsored by her office to pursue diploma programmes at the Bauchi Oil and Gas Academy.

The statement said that after completing an 18-month intensive programme, the graduates are now equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to make significant contributions to the industry.
Hajiya Aisha awarded each of them a startup capital of N50,000, aimed at empowering them to launch their own ventures or apply their newly acquired skills within the Oil and Gas industry or related fields.
The First Lady emphasized that education and empowerment are key drivers of progress.
“These graduates have worked hard to gain specialized knowledge, and it is my sincere hope that the training that they have received, along with the financial support provided, will help them contribute positively to the economy, and help them create opportunities for others,” she stated.
The Bauchi Oil and Gas Academy which offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to meet the growing demands of the oil and gas sector, played a pivotal role in equipping these individuals with the skills necessary for success.
According to the statement, the initiative reflects the First Lady’s ongoing commitment to the development of the youth and the enhancement of the state’s human capital.
