The Forum of Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) to Governor Dr Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has expressed its appreciation to Governor Dauda Lawal for carefully choosing and appointing Comrade Abdulmajid Rabi’u Anka, an active member of the forum, to fill the vacant position of Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Gusau.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Gusau, the Chairman of the forum, Alhaji Bello Acha (Sarkin Yakin Gusau), said the appointment of Comrade Abdulmajid Anka as DCOS, Government House, Gusau, brings to six (6) the number of members of the forum who have been either elected or appointed to various strategic positions in the administration of Governor Dr Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State.
The six members of the forum elevated to different positions are: Ali-Akilu Muhammad Bungudu, former SSA Finance and Economic Matters, now Accountant General of the state.
Others are Alhaji Nura Almajir Gusau, former SSA Skills Acquisitions, now Special Adviser on the same portfolio Hon. Zaraddeen Bello Imam (Kaigaman Gusau), former SSA Protocol Matters, now State Chief Protocol ,Mal. Nura Surajo Gusau, former SSA Human Capital Development, now full-fledged Special Adviser on the same capacity.
Abubakar Imam Barrister, former SSA Youth Mobilisation, now a democratically elected Gusau Local Government Council Chairman, Comrade Abdulmajid Rabi’u Anka, former SSA Office to the Executive Governor, now Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Gusau are also members.
While congratulating the new appointee for an appointment well-deserved, the Sarkin Yakin Gusau urged him to leverage his vast working experience to bear in actualising the six (6) uncommon rescue missions of Governor Dauda Lawal that have started manifesting in uplifting and equating the status of Zamfara State to its sister counterparts in terms of growth and development.
The Chairman of the Senior Special Assistants’ Forum called on his colleagues to further rededicate themselves to the service of humanity, pointing out that working under the rescue mission of Governor Dauda Lawal is a source of pride to any appointee and a rare privilege, as the Administration is well on course.
He pledged the forum’s total and unalloyed loyalty to the Administration of Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State for him to succeed come 2027 and even beyond.
