Shagari Leads Nigeria Delegation to African Union’s Pan African Youth Forum

A former President of National Youth Council of Nigeria, (NYCN), Bello Bala Shagari, would lead Nigeria’s delegation to the upcoming Pan-African Youth Forum in Oran, Algeria.
The Director, Network and Social Mobilization in the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, Mrs. Dauran AM, made this known in statement on behalf of the Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande.
In the statement, Shagari was chosen given his wealth of experience in youth leadership and dedication to promoting youth development in Nigeria.
The statement reads:”I want to write to convey the nomination of Mr. Muhammad Bello Bala Shagari, former President of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, to serve as the head of Nigerian delegation to the upcoming Pan African Youth Forum scheduled to take place in Algeria.
According to the statement, on the sideline of the event, Shagari would also be attending meetings of the Afro Arab Youth Council.
Officials of the Afro Arab Youth Council including the President and Secretary General Huzyfa Elhassan met with the Minister for Youth of Libya, Abdul Latif Alzoni to discuss partnership and cooperation in fostering solidarity and development between African and Arabian youths.
