The Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO), has called on its numerous customers across Kano franchise to assist the company in paying their February bills as a way of empowering the company to serve them better.
According to the Management, over 331, 000 customers across Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states were yet to settle their February bills and this is constituting a huge challenge to KEDCO.
This was contained in a statement signed by the head, corporate communications, IbrahimSani Shawai, on Wednesday.
As many of our customers have attested to the fact that we have improved on our services to all our customers, we need to be encouraged to continue on that path, hence the appeal to our numerous customers to pay up their bills.
We like to state that we shall not tolerate under payment, non payment and outstanding bills as we plan to meet our financial obligation to our partners in the interest of serving all our customers better.
Since our services have been enjoyed by our numerous customers, it will only be encouraging for us if they will pay their bills in full; so we appeal to them to come to our various offices to pay their bills.
