The senator representing Gombe Central, Danjuma Goje, has launched the construction of two roads in Yamaltu Deba Local Government Area of Gombe State, one of his constituencies.
One of the roads will connect Kwadon town to the Boltongo main road, passing through Wuro Ibba, Garin Madaki, Garin Abba, and Jauro Dalili.
Launching the project on behalf of Senator Goje, Alhaji Danjuma Babayo, an aide to the lawmaker, said after this road project, which will connect Kwadon to the main Boltongo road, another road project will be flagged off soon to connect Mararraban Kunuwal to Kunuwal town.
He added that these road projects are not the first to be undertaken by Senator Goje in Yamaltu Deba, as he has previously funded road projects such as the Kunji-Galanwo road and the Hoticulture Dadin-Kowa to town center road.
The launch of the road project, which took place in Kwadon, was attended by prominent figures including the former Speaker of the Gombe State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sadiq Kurba, former Chairman of Yamaltu Deba Local Government, Alhaji Salihu Kwadon (Wazirin Yamaltu), Hon. Bala Boltongo, Hon. Tanimu Usman Deba, Alhaji Sulaiman Adamu (Galadiman Kwadon), Dagatai, Jurabai, and other community members.
