This reminds me of the saying that “leadership is all about influence and it does not matter the Organization one is leading.It is not everything that is face can be change and nothing can be change until it is face.This prestigious award and recognition by Thomas Sankara Pan-African to Sanga caught the eyes of all in Bauchi State and Toro Local Government in Particular.
He has decided his future and has follow his dreams to the logical conclusion having work hard deliver on each task given to him especially his recent office where he served as the Director General of Bauchi State Public Procurement Bureau under the able leadership of Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed CON (Kauran Bauchi).
This award Served as a Mark of honour to a Public Servant,Business man,Socialite, Pan-Nigerian and a trained as well registered Engineer by Profession.Born 52 years at Sanga in Gumau,Toro LGA of Bauchi state.He holds a Higher National Diploma in Water Engineering,Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering and Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton,United Kingdom.
He has to his archives certificates of leadership training and workshops both at home and abroad.A renowned project manager from Jain School of Global Management, Dubai.He has decided on what he want to be ,he is believer of himself that nothing is impossible and everything is achievable within his capacity.He is a receiver of numerous awards of Service and humanity Excellence from different reputable Organizations.
He has served in different Capacities, first Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Water Engineers, Abuja branch and later the national secretary in 2018. A Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE),Nigerian Institute of Water Engineers,Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers and Institute of Management Consultants.A certified expert in cost timing and risk management with local and international recognition.
He has spoken in different fora,Presenting
technical papers at different conferences and has attended seminars in Nigeria, Africa and the world.He was with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing until he voluntarily resigned and moved to join private life to practice as a certified engineer of high repute.
s a leader, Sanga seamlessly addresses the emerging challenges from the persistent ones that we face in Toro today. He always strives to make things better with new approaches and unfaltering determination. My message to this thoroughbred and the greatest political leader that history has ever seen in Toro is to keep this tempo with his direction and leadership he is exhibiting. He spent part of his 50 years of successful life guiding and mentoring the youths in the right direction and he has motivated many to do their very best in moving forward the Toro of our dream and the state at large.
The Thomas Sankara Pan-African leadership Service Award is named after then Burkina Faso Military leader Thomas Isidore Noël Sankara.He was a Marxist revolutionary and Pan-Africanist who served as President of Burkina Faso from his coup in 1983 to his assassination in 1987.He is viewed by supporters as a charismatic and iconic figure of revolution. Engr. Sanga is no doubt one Nigerian that shares the Sankara’s revolutionary thoughts which has suffer change the lives of many fortunate Nigerians in his State of Bauchi and Nigeria in general.

These are traits that formed Sangas’s to joined politics and Government to enable him meet the expectations of the people that made up his immediate Community.
