The Nigerian Senate has Condoled with Governor Dikko Umaru Radda over the demised of his mother, Hajia Safara’u Bari-Bari.
Speaking under behalf of the Senate, Deputy Senate President Bara’u Jibril Malia who led the Red Chamber’s delegation said the lawmakers gave her death prominence and decided to send the delegation to the state to condole with the governor and people of the state.
He added that they shared in the grieve, and prayed for the soul of the departed Mama aljanafidus, affirming that to Muslim faithful death is mandatory for every soul.
Responding on behalf of state government, Deputy Governor Faruk Lawal Jobeb thanked the Senate delegation, and also prayed for the soul to find eternal rest.
