Jigawa State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate for the 2023 elections, Mustspha Sule Lamido, has commiserated with the local government and people of Kafin Hausa the last Tuesday windstorm which claimed six lives and destroyed unquantified number of houses in the town.
“I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of lives and devastation caused by the heavy windstorm,” Lamido said in a statement he personally issued.
“I wish to extend my deepest condolences to the families of the dead and all those whose livelihoods have been affected,” the San Turakin Dutse said.
“My thoughts are with the good people of Kafin Hausa during this difficult time and I wish you the strength and fortitude to bear the devastation. I pray to Almighty Allah against such occurrence in the state,” he said.
