President Muhammadu Buhari’s praise singer, Dauda Kahutu popularly known as Rarara, has claimed that he is one of the first five people who helped Buhari to become the president of Nigeria in 2015.
Rarara in a video interview with Dokin Karfe TV online confirmed that he contributed immensely to the emergence of Buhari as president in 2015.
“I can beat chest and say I am among the first five people who helped Buhari to become the president of Nigeria. I gave my time, my life and my God’s given intellect in calling people to vote for Buhari as president for his leadership qualities, and people agreed and voted him.” He boasted.
In his reaction to a statement credited to APC national leader and presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu while addressing Ogun state APC delegates last week, Rarara admitted that Tinubu helped Buhari, financially and otherwise in the pursuit of his ambition to become the president of Nigeria.
While addressing party delegates and supporters in Abeokuta, Tinubu recalled his contribution to the formation of APC and how his support made it possible for President Buhari to be elected President in 2015 having lost in three previous attempts in 2003, 2007 and 2011.
Rarara took a trip down memory lane to narrate how Tinubu helped Buhari to become the president of Nigeria. “It’s true that Tinubu helped Buhari to become president. Only those who don’t know where and how it started can deny that.
“I can recall there was a time when Buhari was in serious need of help, and there was a northerner who was in a better position to help, but refused. It was Tinubu that volunteered to come to his aid.” Rarara recalled
