The Senior Special Assistant to Jigawa State Governor on New Media, Mal Auwal Danladi Sankara, nominated for the position of commissioner, has vowed to serve the state to its satisfaction according to the duties alloted to him if confirmed commissioner.
Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, in Sankara’s nomination letter he sent to the Speaker of the Assembly, Idris Garba Kareka, described Sankara as a seasoned administrator.
While addressing the Assembly, mal Auwal Sankara assured that he would never disappoint the governor, who nominated him, the House of Assembly and the people of Jigawa with whose mandate the All Progressives Congress (APC) is governing.
Sankara had been serving the state under the leadership of Alhaji Mohammed Badaru Abubakar since 2015 as the Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media as well as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media in the second administration.
