“I am ready To Serve You More”, Plateau LP Rep Assures Constituents After Appeal Court Victory

The member representing Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency, Rep.Daniel Asama Ago (LP, Plateau) has assured his constituents that, he is ready to continue serving them and bringing dividends of democracy to the constituency.
He made the pledge while addressing a press conference in Abuja on Friday after the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja affirmed his victory.
He said, “This ruling upholds the earlier judgment of the National Assembly Election Tribunal, which had declared me as the winner of the election.
“I humbly expressed my gratitude to God Almighty, and the people of Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency and Plateau State as a whole, for their unwavering support. I hail the Judiciary for demonstrating its commitment to justice and upholding the will of the people.
“I dedicate this victory to God Almighty and the good people of Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency, who have stood by me throughout this journey, I also commend the Judiciary for showing that it remains the hope of the common man.
“Essentially, I wish to thank His Excellency Barr Caleb Mutfwang the Executive Governor of Plateau State for his unwavering support and commitment to upholding true democratic values. I appreciate the Governor’s leadership and dedication to ensuring that the will of the people is respected”.
According to him, his victory is a testament to the power of democracy and the rule of law adding that, he remains committed to serving the people of Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency and working towards their betterment.
He added, “I want to also express my heartfelt appreciation to my legal team ably led by S. G. Odey Esq. other Counsel are J. M. Okafor Esq., K. M. Mallan Esq., N. D. Gwaison Esq., D. P.
