The office of the SERVICOM and Labour Matters has reiterated its determination to sustain its robust interface with all relevant government agencies in order to strengthen smooth and healthy flow of workers in Delta State.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on SERVICOM and Labour Relations, Mr Mike Okeme on Thursday, who paid a courtesy visit on the Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Prince Emman Amgbaduba in his office in Asaba, said the cordial working relationship is necessary for effectiveness.
Okeme who informed the commissioner of the forthcoming PENGASAN Delegate Conference billed to hold in Warri, added that his office was always ready and willing to synergize with every organization as long as it was for the progress and growth of the state.
While responding, Mr. Amgbaduba commended Comrade Okeme for his exemplary leadership qualities and role, especially in the area of labour matters in the state.
The Commissioner added that such qualities laudable, saying that such could only be felt with people of Okeme’s virtues.
He further commended the Governor Okowa led administration for the prudent management of the state economic resources, stressing that since the Covid-19, resources coming to the state had drastically dropped yet activities and payment of workers had been steady.
The gas and oil boss promised to put in all his efforts towards making sure that every sector in the oil and gas as it concerns Delta State were handled well without any crisis or setback.
