Gombe PDP Inaugurates Local Government and Ward Executives in 11 LGAs
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Gombe State has Inaugurated Local Government Executives and commenced the inauguration of ward executives in all 11 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state.
DAYLIGHT REPORTERS reports that the exercise, which started on Thursday, 12th September 2024 aims to reposition the party for future elections.
The exercise which was conducted by the State Legal Adviser of the Party, Barr. Benjamin Sati was also graced and blessed by the State Chairman, Secretary and other members of the State Executive as well as the members of the Gombe PDP elder’s forum led by its Chairman Alhaji Bala Magaji (Magajin Garin Gombe) and Halilu B. Galadima.
The party wished the new executives God’s guidance as they assume their responsibilities. This is even as they charged them to work with sincerity and trust.
Recall that the Party under the leadership of Dr. Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, the immediate past governor of the State and Senator Representative Gombe North Senatorial District in the Senate, has conducted Local Government and State Congresses on 10th and 31st August, 2024.
