Edo Queens Declare Comfort Folorunsho Missing

Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) champions, Edo Queens, have declared their player, Comfort Folorunsho, absent without official leave (AWOL).
According to the Benin City-based club, Folorunsho left the team with all her belongings without notifying the management, despite being under contract.
Edo Queens have cautioned other clubs against signing her without proper clearance, emphasising that she remains their player.
They however expressed willingness to facilitate her transfer through appropriate procedures.
“The player remains under contract with Edo Queens FC and has no right to leave without officially informing the club of her whereabouts,” the club stated.
They further warned that any club attempting to engage Folorunsho without clearance from Edo Queens FC does so in violation of professional football regulations.
