Cholera outbreaks: Claims 11 lives,148 person’s affected in jigawa

No fewer than 148 person’s of 11 Different Communities of Auyo Local Government Council in jigawa state were affected by Cholera endemic with 11 death’s.
This was contain in the Council’s medical records indicating the above mentioned under line issue has been confirmed and analysed the out break of cholera desaster case in eleven 11communities of Auyo which comparise of two district Ayama and Auyo.
Even though the reported case was given prompt medical attention through the intervention of by both the Auyo Council medical personnel in conjunction with the state government drugs and driff supply as well as sensitization to the affected communities response,the LGA phc team also visited tree(3) the most affected communities and disinfect house- house wiz chlorine @ Ayama gatafa and tsaaka were the largest no. 6.Shawara.

It added the affected victims are one hundred and fourty eight(148) with 11 dead indicating out of148 people 6% are children’s 3%Adult and 2% are old age.
