The Gombe State Coordinator of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA), Mohammed Bello Kumo has resigned his appointment.
In his resignation letter obtained by Daylight Reporters dated 26th November, 2021, Mr Bello said that his resignation is to enable him pursue his PhD studies.
“Further to your letter of appointment No NALDA/ES/APPT/VOL/1 dated 21st October, 2020, I hereby formally notify the management that I voluntarily relinquish my appointment as Coordinator NALDA Gombe state from Friday 26/11/2021. The reason for my decision is to enable me undergo my PhD programme.
“Finally, I thank the Governor of Gombe state and the management of NALDA for the opportunity given to me to serve in that capacity. I surrendered all NALDA property under my care to the farm coordinator please.” The letter reads in parts.
Mr Kumo while confirming his resignation to Daylight Reporters, said within the period of his appointment as Coordinator, he has done his best to the development of the state and he needs to pursue other things related to his personal development.
