BREAKING: Armed Police, SSS Block Kano Emir’s Palace Entrance

All might not be well as Kano residents Friday woke up to find armed policemen and the State Security Service, (SSS), blocking the entrance to the palace of the Emir of Kano at Ƙofar Kudu.
The fortified entrance has prevented into and from the palace.
No reason was given for the blockage. However, the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II is expected to lead the newly-appointed Wamban Kano, Munir Sanusi, to his district posting in Bichi.
Coincidentally, it was gathered that the Bichi palace is also surrounded by armed policemen.
