BREAKING: Alhassan Yahaya Elected As NUJ President

Comrade Alhassan Yahaya Abdullahi from Gombe state has emerged as the new President of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ.
Mr Yahaya was announced the winner at the 8th Triennial National Delegates Conference in Owerri Imo State.
According to the results, Alhassan Yahya scored 436, Mr Dele Atunbi has 97 while former Kaduna chapter chairman, Muhammed Garba scored 39 votes.
The new NUJ President was the zonal Vice President north before ascending to the zenith of the association. He also served as the Gombe state chapter chairman.
