The Sarkin Shanu Foundation for Youth and Community Development has today distributed admission letters to the beneficiaries of Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello Tuition-free scholarship to study at IHERIS University Lome.
Alh. Abubakar Muhammad S Bello (MNATE) also known as Sarkin Shanun Yamaltu, on Saturday approved the distribution of the admission under the watch of Mal. Yahaya Muhammad Kumo, Program Manager of the Foundation.
The Program Manager of Sarkin Shanu Foundation for Youth and Community Development who represented Alh. Abubakar Muhammad S Bello is in distribution at Kumo today.
Yahaya said the Alh. Abubakar Muhammad S Bello’s tuition-free scholarship was part of his effort to ensure each and everyone have access to free and quality education which will enable them to empower themselves educationally and financially.
According to the Program Officer, the beneficiaries were drawn from all the emirate councils, religious organizations, youth groups and community-based organisations in Gombe State.
Muhammad Umar Kumo, who speaks on behalf of the other beneficiaries has extended their appreciation and gratitude to Alh. Abubakar Muhammad S Bello for giving them this opportunity.
He said “Before now I’ll not believe to have an opportunity to study abroad but today courtesy of Alh. Abubakar Muhammad Bello kindness, We all have the opportunity to study abroad for free. We want to pray that May Almighty Allah rewards him”.
