Bauchi Police, Fimihan Synergy, Training 60 Officers

Bauchi State Police Command has completed a three-day capacity-building training programme for 60 officers.
The training was organized in collaboration with the Fimihan Adeoye Security Consult.
This was contained in a press statement to journalists by the Command’s Spokesperson, CSP Ahmed Mohammed Wakil.
The training, which took place at the Police Officers’ Mess, Bauchi, focused on critical topics, including the analysis of statutory police duties, appropriate use of force and firearms, fostering inter-agency collaboration, and the implementation of effective police patrols aimed at enhancing crime prevention and detection.
Bauchi Commissioner of Police, Mr Auwal Musa Muhammad said the training was in alignment with the IGP, Mr Kayode Egbetokun’s vision of emphasis on professionalism, efficiency, accountability, and the expansion of the NPF beyond traditional law enforcement roles.
The commissioner who expressed gratitude to the Fimihan Adeoye Security Consult team, led by AIG Fimihan Adeoye, (AIG), for facilitating the programme, reaffirmed the Command’s dedication to on-going collaboration with the firm to further develop the skills and capabilities of its officers.
He articulated an optimistic vision for the training, expressing hope that it provided participants with unique insights to enhance their professional capacities, stressing plans to extend similar training programs across various levels of the command.
On his own part, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fimihan Adeoye Security Consult, AIG Fimihan Adeoye (AIG) expressed confidence in the enthusiasm and engagement demonstrated by the participants throughout the training.
Adeoye noted the preparedness of the officers to apply their newly acquired knowledge in their duties, which, he believes, would significantly enhance their professional roles.
He acknowledged the Police Commissioner’s commitment to advancing the Command’s human resources through invaluable training initiatives.
