Earlier, the prosecution counsel, Abudullahi Tanko, told the court that the defendants were not in court and prayed the court to revoke their bail grant and issue a warrant of arrest on all the defendants.
Tanko told the court that the sureties were not also in court to explain why the defendants were absent.
He prayed the court to exercise its discretion on the matter.
Earlier, the prosecution counsel told the court that the complainant, Mr Shegunle Oreoluwa, of the same address reported the matter at the police station, on April 4.
He said that the defendants conspired with others at large and attacked him with cutlasses and axe while he was evacuating his toilet chamber in the compound.
He alleged that during the attack the complainant sustained grievous injuries on his head and body.
