Aspart of her efforts to garner support,wife of Gombe State New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) Governorship candidate in the forthcoming 2023 general elections, Hajiya Samira Khamisu Mailantarki has given out bags of rice to NNPP Ward women leaders of Mailantarki support group and Kwankwasiyya movement in the state.
She gave the rice donation at an during an interactive meeting with women in Gombe North Senatorial district held at the party’s Secretariat on Sunday.
She urged them women to support and vote for her husband as Governor as well as other party’s candidates in the 2023 elections.
Mrs Mailantarki called on the women leaders to persuade other women in every nook and crannies of the state to vote for NNPP and ensure that it wins at all levels.
She also urged Gombe state women to come-out enmasse and vote her husband during the 2023 general elections.
Wife of the Gombe state (NNPP) gubernatorial candidate laterassured them that her husband will carry women in his government by giving them political appointments and empower them through various empowerment programmes.
Responding on behalf of the women leaders, the state NNPP Women leader, promised to work for the success of NNPP at all levels.
