The Zamfara State Coordinator, Tinubu/Shattima Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has a call on officials and staff to brace up for the tasks ahead.
He made the call when he inspected the council’s operational office situated opposite Dinawa Filling Station along Sokoto Bye-Pass Road,Gusau on Saturday.
According to a statement by the State All Progressives Congress (APC) Publicity Secretary,Yusuf Idris Gusau, Senator Marafa said, his team is ready to carry out their assigned responsibilities.
He added that, they will not rest on their oars until victory is achieves for the APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice-presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shattima in the 2023 presidential election.
Senator Marafa disclosed that the PCC office will be fully fitted with all the required office equipment adding that, all the seven Directorates as well as administrative and supporting staff will be fully accommodated.
The state Coordinator added that, the office will remain open daily including on weekends to gather information and contributions that will help in the successful implementation of its activities through the Directorates.
It could be recalled that the Presidential Campaign Council was inaugurated yesterday alongside the Matawalle Governorship Campaign Council by the North West Zonal Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shattima Presidential Campaign Council and Zamfara Governor, Bello Mohammed Matawalle at the Government House, Gusau.
The Matawalle Governorship Campaign Council is being headed by immediate past governor of the state, His Excellency, Dr. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar.
