Gales of resignation has rocked the Gombe State chapter of the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as more party members have quit the party in the past couple of days.
Two days ago, seven top members of the party tendered resignations after the immediate past women leader Mole Istifanus Bennett first left last week.
Earlier today, another party stalwart and former commissioner of economic planning Honourable Danladi Mohammed Pantami to the ex governor of the state Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo resigned his membership of the party.
He addressed the resignation letter to his Malam Sidi ward chairman of the party in Kwami local government area of the state.
He said the resignation is with immediate effects but did not disclose the reason behind his action.
