Environmental Health workers in Kaduna North Local government have discovered a man who was held in a room for 20 years.
The worker accidentally stumbled on the man at Bayajidda Streeet by Ibrahim Taiwo road in Kaduna metropolis when visited they voted the house to inspect some beverages stored in the house Wednesday morning and discovered the man locked up in one of the rooms.
An eye witness informed them that, the man was locked in the room he was found for almost 20 years.
The eye witness said, “He did everything in the room.The Man was turned like an animal”.
Police from Magajin Gari later came and picked the man to their station.
