The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will win the presidential as well as majority of the governorship and the national and states assemblies seats in the 2023 elections, so says the chairman of the campaign council of the Jigawa State PDP governorship candidate, Mustapha Sule Lamido.
Alhaji Isa Ahmed Duniya Bahutu was addressing the maiden meeting of the Santuraki Campaign Council in Dutse on Wednesday, 31st August.
He congratulated the Directors of the council and their Deputies on their appointment and urged then to be dedicated to their duties and responsibilities to facilitate the electoral victory of their candidate.
In his submission, the Director-General of the Directorate, Alh. Nasiru Umar Roni, called on the Directors and their Deputies to exhibit team work in order to have a smooth and hitch free electioneering campaign activities.
In attendance were, the Party’s Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate,Dr Babandi Ibrahim who doubled as the Director, Strategies and Campaign matters, Hon. Nasiru Muhammed Sparrow, Deputy Director General, Alhaji Abba Anas Adamu, Director, Documentation and his Deputy, Alhaji Garba Muhammed Auyo.
Others include, Hon. Isa Zakari Bosuwa, Director, Organization, his Deputy, Alh. Bashir Aminu Suleiman, Alh. Umar Danjani, Director, Youth Affairs, his Deputy, Alh. Mannir Garba Turmi, Haj. Salma Yusuf, Director, Women affairs her Deputy, Hajiya Halima Kakaye as well as Barr. Sule Umar, Director, Legal matters and Security and Alh. Tea Daguro, Deputy Director, Finance and Logistics.
Apologies were tendered on behalf of some Directors and Deputy Directors who could not turn up as they were away on official assignment.
