The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has arrested the immediate past governor of Kwara state, Abdulfatah Ahmed.
It was gathered that Ahmed who was the governor of the state between 2011 and 2019 is arrested in connection of alleged diversion of about N9B from the state’s treasury during his tenure.
He’s still at the headquarters of the EFCC in Abuja.
