As the waves of #EndSARS protest continued to move round the country, especially in the southern part, the immediate past governor of Gombe state, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, has urged the protesters to keep being peaceful in their agitations.
According to the former governor, protests are vital corrective measure to majority rule.
Dankwambo disclosed this on his verified Facebook page on Tuesday.
While saluting the resolute and determination of the protesters, Dankwambo explained that power concedes nothing without a demand.
Recall that in the last few days, youths in their large numbers have taken over some major streets of Lagos, Osun, Kwara, Ogun, Kaduna, Abuja amongst other states, calling on the Nigerian government to ban the operations of SARS and police brutality in Nigeria.
