Gombe: Supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Gombe state celebrate the recent victory recorded by the party during the gubernatorial election in Edo state, Godwin Obaseki.
PDP youths in their numbers, have gathered at their popular temple known as ‘Back Door’ located at the GRA, to celebrate with their Edo state’s counterpart and the PDP families in general.
The event which was well attended by mostly PDP youths was organized by the Gombe local government Youth Leader of the party, Hon. Isiyaku Tanko Garba (Baba Ami) and supported by other loyalists of the party.

Recall that Obaseki won his second term in office under the platform of the PDP after securing victory with a wide margin. The results were declared by INEC on Sunday afternoon.
He scored 307,955 votes against his strong opponent from All Progressive Congress (APC), Pastor Ize-Iyamu who scored 223,619 votes.
