The Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO), says it has fulfilled 85 per cent of its supply target based on hours of supply under the new service-based tariff régime.
According to the Management, KEDCO always lives up to its promises and in line with our promise based on various tariff bands we have delivered the stipulated hours of supply per band.

Ibrahim Sani Shawai.
As part of efforts to ensure that we give our customers 100 per cent satisfaction, KEDCO is working to ensure we meet the remaining 15 per cent supply target as we further improve on our service delivery.
In this regard, we charge all our customers to reciprocate this gesture and respect their own side of the deal by paying for what they consume to sustain the improvement in the power sector.

In his message, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of KEDCO, Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna said “the improvement in supply per hour is an evidence of our conscious efforts to give value for money under the new regime.
“As a responsible organization, the best we can deliver at a time like this is to make our customers smile and it is in that spirit we appeal to them to collect their meters from any of our offices to assist KEDCO end the era of estimated billing.’’
