Governor Muhammadu Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa state has flagged off the All Progessives Congress (APC) Gubernotorial campaign in Hadejia at the weekend, which thousands of supporters from the 27 local government areas of the state.
Speaking during the campaign flag off, the Deputy Governor who is the APC gubernatorial candidate in the state, Alhaji Umar Namadi Danmodi, assured that he will continue with the good work in inherited from his predecessor Muhammadu Badaru Abubakar.
Danmodi who hails from Kafin Hausa local government under Hadejia Emirate, said the APC leadership in the state, has attracted people to the party as the government continued to work for the people of Jigawa State.
He said, the presence of thousands of supporters in Hadejia for the APC campaign flag off was a sign of it’s acceptability in the state.
