The People’s Democratic Party Adamawa State Chapter has constituted an 831 member Presidential and Governorship campaign Council for the forthcoming 2023 General Elections Campaign.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Press Secretary to the Adamawa State Governor, Humwashi Wonosikou on Friday.
The Council is expected to plan and manage the Campaign of the party from the Presidency to the State Legislature.
According to statement, the Council which is chaired by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has Chief Joel Hammanjoda Madaki as Vice Chairman.
Barrister Awwal Mohammed Tukur is to serve as the Director General, while Hon Abubakar Mahmud Wambai is to serve as Deputy Director General North, Penticost Agiso Central and Felix Tangwami Southern zone.
Dr Aliyu Idi Hong is the secretary of the Campaign Council.
The statement disclosed that, the Presidential and Governorship Campaign Council will be inaugurated on Monday, 17th October, 2022 at the Government House, Banquet Hall by 11am.
